Suffer Little Children – Forbid Them Not

I went to court today to defend and protect the children within the religion of Jehovah’s Witnesses. All I carried in my hand were two books, the Holy Bibleand a copy of the Working with Children Act 2005. These I placed on the bar table as I took my seat before the Magistrate. There was nothing else I could do. The prosecuting of these 5 separate criminal cases and 35 individual charges had been taken off me.

I left court today after having failed to defend and protect the children within the religion of Jehovah’s Witnesses. I carried in my hand only one book.

I apologize to the children for failing to defend them and for failing to protect them. Please forgive me. I tried my best, God knows I tried my best.

If you go to https://dailylists.magistratesvic.com.au/search-court-lists.aspx? and run a search for the case numbers at Latrobe Valley, each time there are no results. If the cases are real, I can't find any reference to them on any genuine court or government website yet.

When seaching on that site, only cases with a hearing date within six months will be returned. So any old cases, yesterday and beyond will NOT show up. You need to email them for information on older cases.

Shepherd, your comments are really quite contemptible. The daily lists exist as court dates approach. There is no need for them after the court appearance. I have seen the cases listed on the government websites. I think people who suggest this was all a fabrication or a hoax are low-lifes.

Unthank went public, just as Barbara Anderson and Bill Bowen did. It's a pretty gutless response to start sniping at them from anonymity. They all felt strongly about the issue and decided to do something. What have you done?

Many on this board have made similar comments to mine so I'm not sure why you decided to single me out, but I won't be losing any sleep over it. http://www.magistratescourtvic.ozehosting.com.au is a fake site, and that raised questions. If you can't understand that, that's your problem, not mine.

It's not a fake site . . . it's a hosting site.  The court schedules accessed through that site are exactly the same as directly through the govt site.  It announces court schedules not archives . . . hence anything prior to todays schedule will yeild no results.

If you go to court list menu . . . Gippsland . . . and click on criminal lists under Latrobe Valley . . . then click today's date . . . you will find the list of scheduled hearings . . . and they are the same as the govt site.

Try the link now and do a simple search for upcoming cases.  Check the Criminal list circle, then enter 2-28-2012 as the date.  Note the results.  Then check them against the results you get from whatever legitimate search site you are using, or search as Sizemik suggested above.  See if the results don't match for that date.

When I did it I got lots of cases scheduled for 2-28-2012.  If there is something wrong with the ozehosting link, I would like an explanation of why.  Not looking for a heated argument here, just want to know what is wrong with it.

Once again Shepherd steps into the fray.

Do what i did months ago shepherd ring the actual court on 03 5116 5222. They told me the web location to see the upcoming hearing list for the 5 cases. The daily hearing list is held only for the previous day then no longer searchable.

Easy enough for a JW apologist like shepherd to make credibility attacks on people seeking to expose the WTS.

I received another two letters today from Victorian Parliment members.

Dated 17/2/2012 Victorian Treasurer Kim Wells MP Thanked me for letter.Agreed the case was disturbing and forwarded my letter to the Victorian Attornry General for comment.He will be seeking a comment from the AG.

Dated 20/2/2012 Shadow Minister for Crime Prevention and Anti-corruption Jill Hennessy. Thanked me for my letter.She also finds abhorrent any form of violence against children.

I will write to her with my dis satisfaction with the DPP and ask her as the Shadow minister for anti coruption to please make enquiry into this debarcle.

Just because Steven was gazumped by the DPP doesnt mean he is questionable.Friends dont turn on friends. Very unshepherd like conduct.
