That's a really interesting piece cantleave.. thanks for sharing. :)  I found the bit about human morality particulary intriguing. I think the worst thing about religion is that it's adherents in their belief of a God feel they are superior to others and impose their own morality on to them. This creates that suffocating feeling of being chained and imprisoned. (Although I still believe in God I think religion is very damaging). For an atheist I would imagine there is a feeling of freedom from this bondage.

It is well written and presented, I wonder if he helped the Theology students to expand their point of view? I am sure he did, although many of them may have agreed already with much of what he said.
